Terms & Conditions

 General Rules:

  1.  Membership Validity: Membership is valid for twelve (12) months from the activation date.
  2. Membership Activation: Membership activation starts only after successful payment confirmation.
  3. Registered Customer Only: Membership benefits are linked to the registered customer account only and cannot be transferred, shared, assigned, or resold.
  4. Stock Availability: Membership purchase does not guarantee product reservation or stock availability.
  5. Membership Subscription: Only one active membership subscription is allowed, if a user wants to change the current membership, he must cancel and purchase new one.
  6.  Membership Switch: Membership plan is not switchable , It can not be down or upgraded. User must cancel the current membership to avail new one.  
  7. Membership Purchase Behavior: Membership is purchased separately. It can not be purchase with normal products. 
  8. Program Change: Dr. Scent reserves the right to modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue membership benefits, gifts, pricing, credits, eligible products, participating channels, or terms and conditions at any time.

Wallet Credits & Usage:

  1.  Annual Credits: Annual credits will be added to the customer wallet based on the selected membership tier.
  2. Credit Expiry: All unused credits will expire automatically at the end of the membership period. Expired credits cannot be refunded, extended, transferred, or exchanged
  3.  Credit Usage: Credits can be used across multiple transactions until fully used or expired.
  4. No Cash Value: Membership credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, transferred to another customer, or converted into any other payment method.
  5. Eligibility: Store Credit functions as a digital wallet balance and may be used toward the purchase of eligible products available on the website, including regular-priced items, discounted products, promotional offers, and sale items, unless otherwise restricted by Dr. Scent.
  6. Partial Payment: Partial payment using Store Credit is permitted only when the available Store Credit balance is lower than the total order value. In such cases, the remaining balance must be completed using an approved payment method.
  7. Product Restrictions: Dr. Scent reserves the right to restrict the use of credits or discounts on selected products, services, limited editions, corporate orders, high-cost items, or any items where margin protection is required 

Membership Discount Policy:

  1.  Active Member: Active members are eligible to receive exclusive additional discounts based on their selected membership tier throughout the active membership period.
  2. Discount Percentage: Applicable member discounts will be automatically applied to eligible purchases on the website based on the selected membership tier: Silver (5%), Gold (10%), Platinum (15%), and Black (20%).
  3. Member Discount Usage: Membership discounts cannot be combined with sale items, promotional offers, bundle deals, flash sales, discount codes, special campaigns, or any other promotion unless approved by Dr. Scent management, and are applicable only to eligible regular-priced products and services.

Benefits & Rewards:

  1.  Free Delivery: Free delivery is subject to approved delivery areas, delivery schedules, minimum order requirements, and operational capacity.
  2. Free Scent Change: Free scent change is subject to membership tier eligibility, product availability, delivery area, and operational capacity.
  3. Welcome Gifts: Welcome gifts are subject to stock availability. Dr. Scent reserves the right to replace any gift with an equivalent alternative of similar value.
  4. VIP and Priority Benefits: Priority service, early access, seasonal rewards, and VIP benefits are subject to membership tier, product availability, company approval, and operational capacity.
  5. Participating Channels: Membership benefits apply only through participating Dr. Scent channels, including the approved website, retail locations, or any other approved sales channels.

Payment & Refund Policy:

  1.  Prepaid Payment: Membership must be paid in advance through approved prepaid payment methods.
  2. Excluded Payment Methods: Cash on delivery, installment payment, deferred payment, and third-party pay-later options are not applicable unless approved by Dr. Scent management.
  3. Refund Policy: All membership purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable

Account Protection & Misuse:

  1.  Misuse and Fraud: Dr. Scent reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership benefits in cases of misuse, abuse, fraud, shared accounts, resale activity, or violation of these terms.
  2. Commercial Use: Commercial or resale use of the membership is strictly prohibited unless separately approved under a written corporate agreement.
  3. Lost or Shared Access: Lost, stolen, shared, or compromised membership access may be suspended or cancelled to protect the company and the customer account.
  4. Program Changes: Dr. Scent reserves the right to modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue membership benefits, gifts, pricing, credits, eligible products, participating channels, or terms and conditions at any time.
  5. Customer Acceptance: Before purchasing the Dr. Scent Membership Program, the customer must confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted all membership terms, benefits, restrictions, payment rules, refund policy, and conditions
