Cancel / Return / Refund Policy
Return/Exchange Eligibility:
Time Frame: Products can be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.
Condition of the Product: The product must be sealed and accompanied by all original packaging, accessories, free items, and other components included at delivery.
Non-Refundable Items: Aerosol sprays, Fabric Sprays and Ceramics are not eligible for return or exchange.
Discounted items can only be returned during offer validity.
The original invoice/receipt must be available.

2. Cancellation Policy:
Order Cancellation Before Shipment: Customers can cancel their order before it is shipped. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Cancellation After Shipment:If the order has already been shipped, customers may refer to our Return/Exchange Policy for further assistance.
Custom or Personalized Orders: Orders containing customized or personalized items cannot be canceled once placed.
Cancellation of Discounted or Offer-Based Orders:Orders placed during promotional offers or discounts cannot be canceled once confirmed.
Refund for Canceled Orders: If an eligible order is canceled before shipment, the refund will be processed within 5 – 14 business days using the original payment method.
Service-Based Orders:If the order includes a service, cancellation eligibility will depend on the service type and its terms.
Modification of Orders: If a customer wishes to modify an order instead of canceling, they should contact customer support before the order is processed for shipment.

3. Return Process:
Return Request: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at help@dr-scent.com or via WhatsApp or phone at (+971) 52 332 3722 / 065590066. Include your order number and reason for the return. The original receipt must be provided to return your product.
Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-14 business days. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
4. Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund in 5-14 business days, first double check your bank account again.
If paid by card, contact your card issuer, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
