Dr. Scent representatives can reach you in all areas of the UAE, and a visit will be arranged within 24 hours of sending the request.

2. Are there any fees for the visit service?

- There are no fees for the visit service, we offer free visits.

3. What is the benefit of arranging a visit to the customer's location?

The benefit of arranging a visit to the customer’s location is to evaluate the area, recommend the best coverage option, and allow the customer to try and choose their preferred scent samples.

1. What payment methods are available when purchasing Dr. Scent products?

Payment can be made by card, cash, or bank transfer, and we also offer instalment payment through Tabby when ordering from our website.

3. What makes Dr. Scent's products the best compared to competing companies?

Dr. Scent devices use cold air scenting technology, where a cold air pump safely delivers the oil to the upper part of the device. Advanced nano-technology then converts the oil into small particles, spreading a concentrated and safe fragrance, free of alcohol, throughout your space. Unlike other diffusers that burn the oil and can cause serious health problems and increase sensitivities, our machines are internationally approved for safety and are produced with high standards.

Dr. Scent devices work to freshen the air, improve concentration, and add a personal touch to your space, but they do not purify or disinfect the air.

4. What are the coverage areas of our devices?

Dr. Scent devices can be used in all rooms, spaces, and vehicles. We have various devices suitable for covering areas ranging from a small spaces of 30 square meters to large areas of 900 square meters, as well as specialized devices designed specifically for scenting cars.

5. Do the devices require any maintenance or cleaning?

The diffusers may require maintenance and cleaning, and this service is available and free of charge from Dr. Scent within the warranty

6. Can the devices be controlled remotely, and how can I program them to suit my preferences?

Some models of our devices can be controlled through a mobile application and Bluetooth. You can program the devices in terms of working days, hours, and aroma strength. For specific instructions, you can follow the steps on our YouTube channel.

7. Can I add a specific logo or image to the devices, and how does this process work?

You can add a customized image or logo when purchasing the PED devices. Simply choose the picture you'd like, and Dr. Scent will print it and add it to the device for you.

Aroma oils:

1. How do I know when to refill or replace the oil?

This depends on machine size , oil bottle size and the strength used. for average use the bottle needs to be refilled monthly.

2. Can Dr. Scent Aroma oils pose any health risks, and can they be used around children and pets?

Dr. Scent Aroma oils do not pose any health risks and are approved by global and local authorities, including IFRA. They are also safe for use around children and pets and do not affect their health.

3. What are the best-selling Dr. Scent oils and what fragrance options are available?

Dr. Scent's best-selling oils include Harmony, Address, Sense, Crystal, Dubai, Home, Amazonia Wood, Magic, Luxury, Royal Palace, and Moon. Additionally, Dr. Scent offers a wide range of over 50 different fragrances to suit various preferences.

4. Can water be added Dr. Scent oils?

Water cannot be added to Dr. Scent Aroma oils , it is ready to be used directly in the diffusers

5. Do Dr. scent oils leave a residue on furniture?

Dr. Scent oils do not leave any residue on furniture.

6. Can oils from other companies be used to refill our devices?

we do not recommend it, as it may affect the quality and performance of the devices.

7. Where are Dr. Scent Aroma oils manufactured?

Dr. Scent, an international company based in the UAE, manufactures aroma oils in the UK and aerosol sprays in the UAE.

8. Are Dr scent Aroma oils organic?

No, Our aroma oils are not organic because organic oils can not be used for air care due to the cost and low tendency to evaporate hence we need a synthetic carrier to disperse into the air. These additional substances in Dr scent oils  are approved internationally and locally to meet the safety and health standards

9. Do Dr. Scent Aroma oils contain alcohol?

Dr. Scent Aroma oils do not contain alcohol.

10. Can a custom perfume be manufactured for an individual or an organization?

Yes, a signature scent can be created for companies after providing a sample of the desired fragrance and the quantity.

Maintenance and Warranty:

1. What is the duration of the warranty provided by Dr. Scent?

 - A warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase.

2. What are the maintenance service fees?

There are no maintenance fees during the warranty period. After the warranty period, fees will depend on the specific issue. For rental contracts, maintenance service is free during the commitment period.

Rental Contracts:

1. Can Dr. Scent devices be rented?

Yes, the rental option is available exclusively for private and governmental companies, as well as for restaurants.

2. Can Dr. Scent devices be tested for a specific period before purchase?

Yes, a trial option is available for companies for 3 days.

3. What is the policy if the device is damaged (broken or lost) during the rental?

The cost of the rented device must be paid in case of loss or damage.

4. Can the aroma oil be changed during one month of renting?

Changing the scent can be done on the next monthly refill.

5. What is the duration of rental contracts, and what are the conditions?

Rental contracts are for 12 months renewable. Any company can benefit from rental contracts by providing the necessary supporting company documents required for the agreement.

6. What is the policy for cancelling the contract before its expiration?

Payment of an additional one month will be applied for early contract termination. 

Exchange and Return Policy:

1. What is the allowed duration for device exchange?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided that the machine is unused, and the aroma oil remains unopened.

2. What is the allowed duration for device refunds, and what are the return policies for devices and aroma oils?

Device refunds are allowed within 3 days of purchase, provided the machine is unused. Devices cannot be returned after use. Aroma oils can only be returned or exchanged if they are in their original, unopened packaging.
