1.  Order Processing Time
   1. Delivery in 24 hrs (Within city – Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ajman).
   2. Excluding remote areas listed below.
   3. Remote areas delivery will be done within 2-3 days.
2. Shipping
   1. Free Delivery on orders above AED 100.
   2. 24 hrs delivery available only on Monday – Friday (Excluding Saturday and Sunday)
   3. Order placed on Saturday (after 12:00 pm) and Sunday, will be delivered on Monday.
3. Remote Areas List: 
   1. Abu Dhabi: Liwa Oasis / Mezaira‘a / Qasr Al Sarab, Madinat Zayed / Al Dhafrah , Ghayathi , Al Sila , Marawah Island , Dalma Island, Ruwais, Al Mirfa, Sweihan / Ramlat Sweihan, Tarif, Bu Hasa, Al Tawelah, Al Shalelah , Al Ad’la , Al Rehan, Al Faya desert
   2. Dubai: Hatta
   3. Sharjah: Al Madam, Al Dhaid, Maleha, Khorfakkan, Fujairah
   4. Ras Al Khaimah & Fujairah: Complete area

A tracking order number will be provided via email once your order is shipped.

4. Weekends and Holidays

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or national holidays. If your order is placed on these days, it will be processed on the next business day.
